Day 15 another positive Day

Thursday
Work up and completed my kenpo x cd which was almost an hour then did my ab ripper cd another 15 mins. My whole body seemed to crack today not sure why but it was weird.
Felt great the whole day but now in the evening starting to get sore and tight.

So my mother in law (boy does it feel weird saying that and typing it it ) but anyways told me about Network Chiropractic.
Heres a little about it.
Network Chiropractic refers to Chiropractors who utilize Network Spinal Analysis, a profound totally gentle and honoring way to evaluate and adjust the spine. The purpose of Network Chiropractic care is to allow restoration of proper nerve function for full health expression and peak performance.
What makes Network Spinal Analysis unique and effective?

A Gentle and honoring, systematic two-step method:

Step #1. First releasing the soft tissue structures that can twist and pull and bind the spinal bones. These soft tissue structures include the muscles and "Saran wrap-like" sheath that surrounds the brain and spinal cord called the meninges. Releasing these soft tissues that bind the spinal bones brings greater ease to the whole spinal system.

Step #2. Structurally guiding the misaligned spinal bones into proper alignment.

Because of this two step process, the body can be realigned with the most gentle and honoring lightest force adjustments with no cracking sounds or twisting movements.

So i've been told that it could help with my feet since i have to wear orthotics and i'm in total pain sometimes and can't walk.  So i'm willing to try since i won't be forced to crack or pulled. I really wanna wear high heels again or pretty shoes lol. My 1st appointment is monday. I'll keep u updated on those appointments. Fingers crossed to wear fancy shoes again.

Has anyone else out there tried Network Chiropractic, If so let me know if i worked for you or didn't work?
