Words from a friend
It's Monday with another opportunity to get healthier than we were yesterday. Perhaps you struggled last week with being motivated to workout. Perhaps you ate things that you know were not good for you. It's ok! Don't beat yourself up or thing all is lost what's the point I've failed. They say Albert Einsteen failed math too. They actually called him stupid. Imagine that but he never gave up because he knew he did not fail. I know that when I attempt projects at home that I have never done before I usually make mistakes. The next time around when I attempt the same project I know how to avoid those mistakes. Take your falls as learning experiences and pick yourself up. You deserve your very best. There are going to be days where you are tired and don't feel like working out and that's ok take a rest day or do really light workout that day. My whole point is eating an unhealthy food , doing a light workout or none at all for a day is not failure. Use it as a learning tool. The great thing about the sunrise is that you get to start all over. We can do this so lets get healthy together!
Well i have to say that these past 3 days have sucked big time for me. I haven't had energy, been grumpy, sneezing alot and its just about the wrong time of the month. So my dear friends words about did make me feel better by maybe i just felt i needed an excuse. Either way not good.
I did make apple struddle muffins along wtih doing laundy and cleaned the back yard and shed. So it wasn't a total waste of a day.
