Day 5 - Feeling the pain
A start to a new week besides the rain it hasn't been a bad day. I wasn't as sore as yesterday. But i still started the day off with a bath to soak my muscles before starting to exercise.So it was time to pop in the Chest & back CD. A full 53 min work out. I have to say i still can't do Dive-Bomber push ups or or the Declined push-ups. Hopefully in the coming weeks that will change. I've keep my old work out sheets from the last time i started this and the good thing is that I'm lifting about the same weight as when i stopped. Except I've gotten bought a couple more weights, so i don't have to do as many reps. I wanna build muscle instead of toning. Today i basically used the 7lb and 15lbs along with the plastic bands cause i don't own a chin up bar. And Monday's also consist of the Ab Ripper CD. Today i could feel every exercise on the CD. i had to take more breaks then normal, but i did complete the CD.
Tonight i also decided to turn on the wii. I played wii fit for 35 Min's. I did the free step for 20 Min's and did 2409 steps.
Food wasn't the best of choices today egg omelet with pepper and toast for breakfast. Supper was hot wings. my snack for the evening was yogurt with granola and fruit. We also went shopping tonight in the rain so my food choices for the next week should be better.
I also decided that i was setting a goal. To loose 5 lbs by October 30th.
